Schedule your 30 or 60 minute session today and take advantage of our additional recovery tools and recovery nutrition options.
Use of RecoveryPump's sequential compression therapy 1-2 hours per day will produce results similar to the benefits of 12-48 hours of rest.
RecoveryPump delivers an aggressive but very natural alternative to passive recovery for athletes. Our system simulates localized "active recovery" (such as walking) in a passive manner because the therapy is conducted at rest.

During your recovery session take advantage of various recovery and nutrition products. Our Recovery Lounge will be stocked with fresh water, Tailwind Nutrition Recovery and you can take advantage of our relationship with Revolucion Coffee + Juice and their custom made recovery smoothies and bowls!
Before or after your session, feel free to stretch, relax and recover on our yoga mats with foam rollers and other recovery gear.
