This program is perfect for beginning and intermediate runners looking to participate in their first half marathon or looking to improve on a previous performance. Program specifics are detailed below and please let us know if you have any questions or need more information.
Start Date- Monday, August 17th
End Date- Sunday, December 6th Rock n Roll San Antonio Half Marathon
Duration- 17 weeks
Meeting: Run: 2 times per week fully supported runs; Tuesday (interval run) / Sunday (long run). Functional Fitness & Strength: Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Yoga: available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Includes: Daily training schedule, delivered through Training Peaks, for the entire class (includes everything you need including recommendations for your day off and optional workouts), access to PRJKT MVMNT (functional fitness & strength class), small-group Tuesday evening fully supported run and a fully supported long run Sunday morning.
