10k Training Program

We're happy to announce our first 10k training program for san antonio runners in partnership with Wanderlust Running !

This 8 week, beginner oriented running class is perfect for anyone new to running or anyone looking to extend their running and finish a 10k (6.2 miles) in 2015.
Whether you are coming off an extended break or running for the first time, our intimidation-free approach and supported runs will help you achieve your goals every step of the way.  

You will meet with a coach for a Tuesday evening run and Saturday mornings for a fully supported run on a set course.

By the end of the training you will know everything you need to know to be a “runner”, complete a 10k and have a foundation for a healthy 2015 !

Start Date:  Saturday, February 28 at 5:30pm
End Date:   Saturday, April 18 
Goal Race: Fiesta Mission 10k (SA) or Cap 10k (Austin)
